Dogs truly have been my best friends for most of my life, I get them and they get me. I work really well with dogs that need that extra bit of attention whether it be abandonment issues, high or low levels of engagement, or they're just a little loopy :) I have a pack leader mentality so I can manage a higher number of animals at once. I'm available to care for your dog anytime or day, even on short notice. I can take care of your cats, fish, or any other animals in your home. I can take care of household things as well while you're gone (mail, cleaning, etc.), just whatever needs to be done really. I know how to read a dogs energy so pretty much any and all personality types I can match up with and make them feel comfortable, safe and happy. My current dog Mr.Bones was a stray when we found him, he was beaten by his previous owner and was literally eating rocks to survive (has no teeth now as a result). He used to be just tense all of the time and seriously terrified he was going to be hit at even the slightest change in environmental energy, I've worked with him the last couple of years to get him to the point of being a generally calm and happy dog despite his abandonment issues due to being the last standing dog of the pack (R.I.P. Tupps and Rex). I really enjoyed doing that for him and think I want to chase a career working with dogs.
