Hello!! My name is Ryan. I am 28 years of age just moved to Portland,OR area with my fiancee, our don Zeppelin and our furry son SLAYER(dont let the name fool ya hes a teddy bear) and am loving it!! I'm available all days of the week 24/7 to help you and your trusty canine companion with daily routines. Currently I'm a full time musician and moved here to go to school as well as better career opportunities,but with the recent addition of our son Zeppelin and now looking to earn some additional money on the side as well as seek full time employment. I've worked part-time as a pet sitter and dog walker for a few years with several long term clients to supplement my income. I'll meet with you to familiarize myself with the basic commands you use with your pooch and get to know them. I love dogs, big and small, have my own and understand not everyone has extra time to walk their pets as much as they'd like. That's where I come in...Happy dog=happy life!

Ryan has been walking and playing with our "toy" dog for a few months now while we are at work. He is patient and gentle with her and she's always excited to see him which is reassuring because she's so small. He also used to pet sit for my hound dog-she was really old and needed someone to stay with her overnight. I found him reliable and really good with my dogs.
As a Rover sitter myself & a volunteer with local rescues I'm always on the fence about people taking care of my pup. He's very fearful of new people being around, he himself was a rescue pup & was apart of a abusive home before I adopted him. He comes off as aggressive but he's just really talkative. Ryan was ready to take on the challenge for me I was in the area just running errands & thought I'd try out Rover myself. Only gone for a couple hours so Ryan watched and walked him for me. Did great! Zeus came back happy & super tired slept all the way home! He sent lots of pupdates through rover! I highly recommend him! Thanks again!

I'll walk your dog for the hired time or play with them as well making sure the have water and their waste is disposed of properly. My experience is with dogs, big and small, including: pitbulls, hounds, huskies, chiweenies, yorkie's and poodles. Every dog has special needs depending on breed type and temperament, which is something we will review before deciding on a walking route/plan. The safety and health of your dog and others is important!
