I've had pets in my family ever since I was born, at my own home and my relatives. I fell in love with pets when we adopted our current dog, Dolly, in 2012. Ever since then I've taken every opportunity presented to me to care for any and all pets! Since joining Rover, I’ve had many amazing opportunities to care for dogs and cats of all sizes and personalities! My longest friendship has been 2 years, staying in touch even after he moved away. I’ve stayed overnight in more than a dozen homes and have been walking dogs from 10 lbs to 110lbs since October 2019!! I have experience with special needs animals as well, having to change diapers and give oral syringe medicine to the friends that need a little extra care :) Pet sitting is my main job at the moment. My other job I’m my own boss and make my own schedule entirely so I have an EXTREMELY flexible schedule. Many of my clients request service on the day of or have to cancel last minute and it’s rare for it to cause any problems. I have a natural love and instinct to care for any and all animals. Ever since I was a kid I was raised around animals and raised to show the utmost care and respect to pets. I live in the suburbs and have lots of nearby grass space such as a football field that has lots of wide open space and hardly ever company, perfect for dogs! My family and friends are just like me! It's hard to imagine being around people that don't love dogs, so I've made many friends simply out of our shared love of dogs and animals in general!
