I have had dogs and been around dogs for all of my life. I have experience with both large and small dogs. I currently have a shepherd/lab mix that we adopted from the shelter. He is one year old and very friendly. Some days I will be working away from home but on those days either my wife or can let the dogs out every few hours. We do not have a fenced in yard but we go on leashed walks in the neighborhood. My mom has a large fenced yard where we can take the dogs for additional exercise. We also like to take dogs hiking at Mammoth Cave and other nearby areas for hikes.
