Ryan did an exceptional job taking care of my Bunny. He updated me daily on her well being and even sent a few photos of bunny playing when I missed her. I highly recommend Ryan for his professionalism, integrity, and kindness. He went above and beyond for me and my fur baby. He is truly a warm hearted human and I’m thrilled to have met him.

Ryan watched our one year old puppy and my 10 yr old cat while we were away for 10 days. We did a meet and greet about 3 weeks before our trip and met again the day before we left to hand off the key and go over instructions for feeding, walks, potty, etc. Ryan was quick to respond to my messages before, during, and after his stay and provided us with daily updates, as requested. He sent pictures of our babies, which set my mind at ease and made me smile when I was missing them so far from home. We ran out of absorbent pads for the litter box mid-stay, so he was kind enough to pick more up for us in town, which was great! Since our pup is still in the puppy chewing phase, she did get into some trouble while we were gone, chewing up a few things around the house when she was left alone, but nothing too significant considering it was her first time without us for over a week. Ryan kept us updated on her naughty behavior and put things out of reach to prevent any further casualties. When we came home, the house was left in great order. He not only kept the house as clean as he found it, but washed the towels and sheets he used while he was here. That saved me several loads of laundry upon returning from vacation, which was much appreciated. We also got a ton of snow and he shoveled the entrance for us, and emptied the trash as well. We appreciated him taking such good care of the house and our little ones while we are away. It's always hard to leave your pets with someone you don't know very well, but Ryan did a good job of keeping everyone well cared for and accepting their idiosyncrasies in stride. Would recommend him for future stays!
