Pet care experience
We are a two adult household - double the humans, double the love. Honestly, we love all the dogs. With every new Rover booking and pup meet-up we just gush over the opportunity to meet another furry friend! Nothing brings us more genuine, joy than watching a dog run and play. We've done both in-home sitting and boarding for friends and family - this includes weekend and week long stays. We currently do day visits for a close friend and scheduled walks for two clients/friends. We understand the importance of feeding schedules and dietary restrictions and take both of those very seriously. We honestly like dogs more than most humans and would consider it an honor to make friends with yours (and you of course).

My dog Gilligan loved his stay with Ryan! This was such a nice change from the boarding facilities I've been taking him to as it was a significantly less stressful experience (for both him and I!). I received lots of photos during the two-night stay and communication was great both before and during the boarding. It's easy to see that Ryan really loves pups and is patient with them as they adjust to their new surroundings. I will definitely book with Ryan again the next time Gill needs a sitter.
Ryan and Renee watched our senior pug. We were a little nervous because Jasper (our pug) is 16 and has some health concerns. Its difficult for him to more and stairs are impossible. Senior dogs just need a little extra help. I couldn't have been happier with the care they provided. Jasper can home with a fresh bath, smelling great and you could clearly tell he was treated well for while we were away. We spent a week camping at a lake house that couldn't take pets. Ryan and Renee gave us daily updates and made sure we didn't need to worry about Jasper while we were gone. Highly recommend them.
Ryan is responsible and kind towards all my animals. He understands they are as important to me as my human children. My dogs are large and not always easy to deal with but he is always patient and willing to give them the attention they need. I trust Ryan to care for my animals when we are unable to.

In home, we have two friendly, easy going dogs who literally just wants friends. We have a good yard space and live within walking distance to Sand Run metro park and trails. We could easily crate a dog if requested and we have an extra room for our sensory sensitive buddies if needed/requested as well. In your home, we can provide pictures or updates before and after each visit and pet cams are more than welcomed and encouraged (just don't laugh at us baby talking to your animal).

A typical day
We love to take the dogs for a nice walk in the morning, after breakfast, to get up and moving. We play for a bit in the house during work, then after dinner we either go for a nice hike at Sand Run or play some fetch in the backyard. Our dog is half husky so even in the colder months we try to get her outside for exercise, but understand not everyone wants to be out that long! Just let us know what works for you.
