Hi! My name is Ryan and I am a 27 year old Physician Assistant working in Neurosurgery at a level I trauma center in Cleveland! While growing up, I had a lot of exposure to various dog breeds (large, medium, and small) and other animal types including cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, snakes, spiders, & fish. Originally from Ohio, I went to grad school in California and recently received my Master’s Degree. Just like humans, animals play a pivotal role in the family dynamic and offer a sense of warmth and love to a household. Living with my father and 2 younger sisters, we have 2 “puppies” (Domino: a 17-year-old purebred Yorkshire Terrier & Daisy: a 15-year-old purebred Teacup Chihuahua) and 2 “kitties” (Cheetah & Cole). While living in California, I was renting a room near my school where I lived with my landlord and her 11-year-old Lab/Pit mix, Amber. Amber was perhaps the sweetest dog; I took part in walking, feeding, bathing, and playing with her. I also let her out frequently to use the bathroom while I was home studying. I can promise you that I will treat your dog(s) just as I do my patients, as if they are a member of my own family!
