Pet care experience
I recently moved to Alexandria from Bethesda and I am looking to meet all of the new furry friends here! My previous bookings have been with neighbors and others in the neighborhood in Bethesda (hence why there are few Rover ratings!) but since I recently moved I am looking to meet new dog and cats to care for! I have been in the DMV for over 6 years and have always been a huge animal lover! I travel often for work so I currently don’t have pets of my own but I would love to meet for and care for yours! I work a hybrid schedule so on the days you are in the office or away and need someone for a drop in visit or midday walk, let me know! I have been dog/cat/house sitting for 10+ years and would love to provide that service to you and your fur babies! I am a runner and very active so I can take long walks and provide a lot of play time for your pets! I have experience training dogs and when my parents adopted a 1 year old goldendoodle I worked with her and taught her a lot of new tricks and commands. Ryan is amazing! We left our golden retriever over Thanksgiving and Ryan took great care of her! We had plenty of pictures and videos and felt completely comfortable that our pup was getting love and attention (and treats!) - thank you Ryan!! We will be booking again!

Ryan is wonderful with my dog, Ronin. She’s caring, punctual, and highly communicative. She was available on short notice and was able to come and walk him when we had to go out of town. I would definitely recommend her for you fur kids needs!

I would like to know if the dog is house trained, if there is any aggression, what makes the dog comfortable, and what commands the dog responds too. Also I would like to know how they interact with other dogs they see. And of course, what the daily schedule/activities are. No breed preferences. For cats I would like to know if they are social, like play time or prefer to just have company from a distance. Also I would like to know their feeding routine and any special things they like!
A typical day
I am happy to walk where your dog is comfortable and for the length they are comfortable! I am a runner so if your dog likes to run on a leash I would be happy to do that too. If the enjoy dog parks and there is one in the neighborhood-I am always happy to spend time there! Do they know special tricks they like to show of? Great! I would love to see! Do they have a favorite toy that goes with them everywhere? Great-bring it along!
