Everything was good until Wednesday. She started to take care of the dogs a Friday in the night. For 5 days she was reporting to me that everything was ok, except for a seizure that one of my dogs had. When I woke up on Wednesday I’ve found messages from her starting at 1 am. In that messages she said that Albert doesn’t allow her to sleep, because he had mites. In the last message sent at 2:30 am she said she left the dogs because she couldn’t sleep. The next day I tried to find a solution for her. Of course Albert doesn’t had mites. She stayed one more night and I decided to finish the booking because my friend was able to take care of my dogs. The same day my friend went to house the “surprises” started. My friend found the garden cover in poop. Old ones, probably from the all days she stayed in the house. When I returned I looked into the bin and my friend was telling me the truth, she didn’t clean the garden no even once. Then my neighbour told me that she never walked the dogs, and one day the milk was delivered, the bottle was broken outside my house, all the glass in there, and he cleaned that, and with that he was sure she didn’t took the dogs for walk because the entry of the house was covered with glass. Also, my neighbour told me that the day she left in the night, she never returned, he was looking the dogs all day. She sent me a message at 4 pm saying she was in the house, but my neighbour told me he saw her returning around 7pm. She is lying about something, she wasn’t happy in my house, and she is not prepared to take care of dogs. I have all the proofs about this. The agreement with her was cleaning the garden if she doesn’t walk the dogs, she could walk them every 2 days, and one dog (the oldest one) sleep in the bed. Last sitter stayed in my house 15 days without issues. Rover doesn’t want to reimburse the money I asked for, because they are doing an investigation, even when I sent all the proofs about Ruxandra. I don’t recommend her at all, she ruined my vacations, I was very anxious and nervous all days since that Wednesday.

I honestly think J D. would provide a safe, loving care and great customer service for your pets as we understand they are your best friends and companion. They have cared for pets in my presence. Their general nature makes them an awesome human being.
