Pet care experience
Does your dog need a vacation? My husband and I have been dog owners and lovers our whole life. Dogs are part of the family. We'll provide the care you need for your fur babies. Right now my husband is the one that does drop-ins and walking because I stay home with our new baby! We like to keep the number of dogs that stay here to a minimum so we can fully love yours! We can take them for walks, to the dog park, give meds, groom, train, play in the yard and keep them exercised and happy. We have a doggy door for 24 hour yard access unless otherwise requested. Willing to accommodate special needs or requests. We have a 3 year old lab mix (Eureka) and a 1 year old lab mix (Lucky) that get along with all dogs. Our shy cat is sequestered to bedroom area of our spacious home and/or roaming about (outside) depending on the situation and is usually not a problem. Hablamos Espanol. Parlons francais....but not my husband lol :) My husband is a musician who works from home and will be the one doing drop ins and dog walks. I'm a teacher and will be home often to help love your animal. We are very mindful of Covid precautions and can discuss safe interactions over the phone. Thank you for trusting us with your dogs!

Ruthemma and her husband were wonderful! Sent lots of pics of our dog and were great communicators. You can tell they love animals and take care of your pet as though it was their own. Will definitely be booking again!
Ruthemma took care of Leo really well. Leo was happy to be in her place.

If we're bringing your dog into our home we always first make sure that they will get along with our dogs. We let the animals have the run of the house and we love taking care of them. Our front has a fence so the chance of any animal getting out the front door and running away is basically eliminated. We make sure your animals needs are met and always go above and beyond to make sure they're happy and loved. If we are coming to your house we will respect your place like it is our own. We are homeowners ourselves so we understand how precious a living space is. Any instructions you leave will be followed carefully wit lots of love and attention added in.

We prefer house trained dogs of any size and breed. Dogs who like kids preferred as my 9 and 14 year old live with me 50% of the time. At our home we do not accept dogs that aren't spayed or neutered. We do not accept aggressive dogs. We do not accept dogs who aren't house trained. If we come to you, I'm willing to bend those rules within reason.
A typical day
We walk. We run. We play with balls and frisbee. We can groom, too. There is a dog park nearby if you would like us to go there once it is safe to do so. Lots of cuddling! If we are at your place then cleaning is a priority to make sure we leave it better then when we first arrived.

Availability
There is someone home at all times to take care of your fluffy friend. My husband does the tasks that take us out of the home, while I take care of our new baby, and we both share the love and care inside our home.
