I have essentially been a co-parent to my friends' French bulldog, Lulu, for her entire life. When they would go out of town, I would move into their place and stay with her a month at a time. She was not used to being alone, so I devoted my entire day to being with her, including sleeping with her. I am very good about sending updates and photos. I also pay attention if something seems wrong. I would rather err on the side of an unnecessary vet appointment than risking illness, injury or death. I will treat your dog as if it is my own.
