Ruth-Elizabeth was a FANTASTIC dog sitter for my little guy. He got so much attention and looked happy in the (many) pictures she sent me. It got unexpectedly cold and she even bought him a winter coat!!!! I can’t say enough good things about my dog’s stay with her!!!!

She was very unprofessional and somewhat dishonest. She did not tell me that she was living with her parents until I paid for boarding and packed and headed for the airport. I contacted Rover immediately while driving , because I felt I was mislead and was put in a position where I had no options left and I didn’t have the luxury of rescheduling my flight. So, I had to take a chance on her. Rover said I could cancelled, but maybe if I give her a chance things might not be that bad. I had 3 poms, 2 adults and a puppy. She text me several times of day, they barked, she text. She texted about everything. Needless to say, I didn’t mind a report but a report every few minutes was annoying. I suppose it became clear she was grossly inexperienced and overwhelmed. Finally, the texting every minute stopped. She sent a few pictures. The dogs were kept the way she got them (clean). She told me that I didn’t need to pick them up Friday night, I could pick them up Saturday morning at no extra charge. Then Friday came and she text me on to see what time I was going to get there. I can tell she was anxious to give them back. When I arrived, she help me bring the dogs to the car. Then she said they didn’t like her father, because they barked at him. Then she asked did I have a male in the house, that may be abusing them. She related a barking dog at her father meant abuse. I could not believe she would go there. Imagine my outrage. How can anyone be this presumptuous and irresponsible. First off, I live alone and my dogs are usually quite. Her father didn’t even speak to me, perhaps the dogs picked up on his unfriendliness. I would recommend this one to anyone
