Pet care experience
I grew up on a farm in the Midwest. We always had at least 5 dogs, a dozen cats and every thing from horses to ducks & chickens. Its in my nature to have dogs in my life. And I can't imagine it without them. I volunteer at a dog rescue in Mexico where I have a vacation home. It is and has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life.

As always Russell and family always take such amazing care of Indy! We love how they treat her as a part of the family and always let us know if they notice anything out of the ordinary. They also always send us pictures and videos to let us know how Indy is doing. We love this family!
Another great visit! My dog Indy loves to hang out with the whole fam including their dog Mabel. I love the frequent video and picture updates and they even sent me a note inquiring about something that was a little out of the ordinary (turned out to be nothing but glad it was brought up!). I never feel concerned and know she’s being taken good care of. Thanks again for another amazing stay!

I have a secure, fenced in yard and prefer to let the dogs run free when ever possible. My dog Mabel loves to play and they always stay quite busy. There are beds for napping inside and outside, lots of toys and a wading pool for hot days if your dog loves the water.

My preference is dogs that get along with other dogs. I prefer to let the dogs have the freedom to run and play together when ever possible. I really don't utilize crates at my home. But do have one if you prefer that for your pet at certain times during their stay.
A typical day
I generally try to do at least one or two good walks a day. Either around the neighborhood or for a short car ride over to a local park.

I will always be with your pet as I am semi-retired and so I just work from home a couple days a week and always have weekends off.
