Russell is the epitome of professionalism and he’s very good at what he does. He’s detail oriented, thinks of all the right questions to ask in order to best execute the job at hand, he’s reliable, and his communication is amazing. I’ve never felt more at peace leaving my three dogs and cat with a sitter. He went above and beyond to take care of them. Also, one of my dogs is really old and needs extra care because of it. She needs help going down the stairs and has to be walked in order to potty (not in the house) because she has continence issues in her old age. Russell took amazing care of her and made sure all her needs were met and made sure I knew that she, and all my other fur babies, were being taken care of while I was away. It was a great peace of mind. I highly recommend Russell to anyone looking for high quality, professional care of their pets.
