Alex (Ruiz) has been extremely helpful. I moved to a new state within days of a surprise surgery for Brody and she was able to take care of the midday pilling for me so I could focus on my new job and not have to run back to the hotel while fighting traffic. Brody is much happier having someone break up his boring day as he's on strict orders to rest (which is hard to tell him because he thinks he is spring loaded even with two ACL surgeries). Her updates during the visits gave me peace of mind, though I would have loved more (what pet owner wouldn't?) and I felt confident giving her a hotel room key to handle this while I was away. I'm hoping to continue some version of this service now that I've found a place to live in the area.
