Pet care experience
I’ve been around dogs my whole life and currently help care for 4 of my own at my home in Northern Kentucky, as well as my boyfriend’s dog (that I now co-own!) here in Baltimore. We’ve just recently moved here so we are still learning the spots, but we frequently walk in our neighborhood, down by the harbor, and in Patterson Park. As for cats, we don’t have any currently, but my old house in Louisville had 2 and I’ve grown up taking care of multiple.

Ruby was WONDERFUL with our pup, and with me! She was up for a meet and greet before our booking, confirmed the day before, and was super communicative- so appreciated. I feel so lucky to have found her, and from the photos, it looks like my pup is a fan too!
Ruby is such an amazing dog watcher! She always spends extra time with my dog and is a great communicator. I trust her to take care of my dog and my house when she’s gone. Would highly recommend!

In my own home, our pets are very well trained and have free range over the house, but we make sure to put away anything that they could get into. When I watch other dogs or cats, I like to give them freedom too but also keep a closer eye on them to make sure everything goes smoothly!

No preferences for breeds, but I would like to know the dog's temperament and if there is anything that the dog likes/doesn’t like so I can make sure the pup is the happiest they can be!
A typical day
As I mentioned earlier, I’m still learning the best spots in the city, but have really enjoyed the freedom that Druid Hill gives and love Federal Hill and Patterson Parks. For something more lowkey, I would choose Canton Waterfront Park. If the dogs are up to date on vaccines and have their city dog license, Patterson Dog Park is a great option too! My own pup, T’Challa, has enjoyed all of the above!

Availability
I’m starting my full-time career as a student at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health here in a couple weeks, so I’ll have classes TWTH but am totally free on all other days. Because my classes are spread out, I’m able to work around them on those days as well! Right now, I’m pretty open!
