Ruby was very communicative and shared many pictures of Bella. She kept me informed of everything that was happening and ensured that Bella was as comfortable as possible. This was my first time using rover and I had meet and greets set up with a few people as I was extremely nervous about leaving my baby with a stranger. Ruby was my first meet up. She and Seek met with Bella and I and she showed me exactly where bella would be and explained to me what her routine was. My second meet up was on the street corner in the area where the person lived and while the sitter was pleasant, I appreciated knowing exactly where Bella would be. This is why I chose to go with Ruby and cancelled the other meet ups I had scheduled. As long as I’m using rover I will use Ruby. She was great.

Have you ever wondered what your pup does all day without you or how he/she is getting along while in someone else's care? I am one of those people who anxiously awaits for an update on my pup(s). I want to know they are eating, becoming friends with other dogs, and getting loved on. Ruby not only shares photos, you also receive her comical thoughts as well. It's an adventure. I have known Ruby since 2006. She is a person with compassion, loyalty, and integrity. Ruby and Abhilash create an environment mixed with stillness and engagement. My pups feel loved, attended to, and get more walks when Ruby is around than when she isn't. I can't quite express how wonderful this couple is as people and what attentive pet parents they are. There is something wonderfully unique about them that can only be felt. Ruby and Abby learn the personality of each new pup they meet and adjust accordingly. Their dog, Seek, is amazingly intelligent (he can open doors!), and loves all humans. He shares his home and his toys with others and leaves behind any "only child" tendencies to ensure his housemates are comfortable. In short, Ruby, Abby, and Seek have my complete confidence and trust. Lori Bailey
