I've worked with all kinds of pups, ranging from 5 lbs to 125 lbs and dozens of breeds and pedigrees. I've had experiences at doggy boot camp, at-home training, and most importantly 3 dogs of my own over the last 10 years who have become my best buddies. Most of my patience and experience comes from my German shepherd Timber, who is the most stubborn dog I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. By age one he figured out how to unlock and open doors, and though he understood commands he was far too prideful to obey any of them. Over a few months' time we worked with several trainers before eventually going off to doggy boot-camp with him, where he became the best little pup I could ever have asked for. He had to stay back home in DC, but through this experience I gained a lot of knowledge on training techniques, the way dogs think, and how to keep them (and you) happy and healthy! I'm always excited at the prospect of meeting and working with more furry friends!
