Hello! My name is Rozanne and would love to take care of and spoil your dog while you're away. I am a nurse and work 3 nights a week so I have a lot of spare time to give your pet all the attention he or she needs. My husband, Mark, is home with the kids so they get double the attention and love! My husband and I grew up with dogs and currently have a 10 year old American Cocker Spaniel. She is well trained, very well behaved, and friendly with dogs and people. We live in the dog friendly neighborhood, Pacific Heights, in a one bedroom apartment that allows for pets in the building. We live 2 blocks away from Lafayette Park and often make our way down to the marina green/crissy field and fort mason to take our dog out for a relaxing day at the park. We understand it can be very hard leaving your pet behind, but we assure you your dog will have a blast with us and our pup! =) Why we love dog sitting: We grew up with dogs and have always loved being around them. I grew up with a Lab/Golden Retriever mix and my husband grew up with a Corgi mix, Golden Retriever and a couple other mixed pups. We currently have an American Cocker Spaniel. We take our dog out to the park a lot and have socialized her since she was a puppy. We have quite a few family members and friends that have dogs as well so we're very experienced with being around different breeds and temperaments. Our experience administering medication: I am an ICU nurse so I feel comfortable administering medications. My husband feels comfortable giving medications as well since he's had older dogs in the past.
