My names Roy I’ve lived locally in Rye, NH my whole life, I am an only child and have been recently married and am looking to earn a little income on the side. My father and I have a business in property maintenance and house watching full time in the summer but I am looking to do a bit of it on my own through the long winter months. I have basic skills in mechanical, carpentry and outside maintenance as far as gardening and yard projects that may require a machine. I know what to look for when it comes to checking your basement to make sure your furnace or boiler is still functioning and checking your hot water heater while you are gone.
