Hi there! I grew up on a farm with lots animals so I’ve been handling and caring for dogs my whole life. I have been dog walking / pet sitting for the past 6 years, primarily for veterinarians, vet residents and vet students. I was pre-vet until landing my recent job and graduate school position. However, my passion is still caring for animals, both big and small. I have experience with a vast number of breeds, including the big “scary” ones and I am comfortable and confident with every size dog. I have a flexible job and I love walking and snuggling dogs on my lunch break and after work. I will notify you if I notice any abnormalities with your pets and I promise to treat and love them like my own.

Our dog had a great time with Roxie and the other dogs, as well as learning about horses, cats and chickens! She was well cared for and communication was good.
Roxie walked my dog, Jack, while I was busy with clinical rotations for vet school. She did a fabulous job, and would often send me pictures of him playing and having a great time! I would highly recommend Roxie to anyone for petsitting, walking, or any other caregiving. She still occasionally checks to make sure Jack is doing well!
Roxie was great and kept great contact with me. My puppy came back work out & had so much fun! Will be using Roxie again!
Roxie is an absolute angel! She has been walking/pet sitting my fur child for about 2 years now, and I could not imagine using anyone else! She loves my dog like it’s her own and goes over the top for all of her clients. I feel very comfortable all day at work knowing Roxie will provide afternoon entertainment for my pup. Sometimes I think my dog likes her more than me..

I offer in home pet sitting to select clients. I live on a horse farm with dogs, cats, chickens and horses, so well behaved dogs that listen well and are good with other animals is a must. If your dog is able to stay at my place, he/she will return with much less energy as I offer a lot of outside play time, doggy play/ pool time and plenty of cuddles and treats. The questions that I am likely to ask: 1. Does your dog get along well with other dogs? 2. How does your dog listen off leash? (Think doggy vacation with no leashes) 3. How is your dog with cats ? (It’s their home too)
A typical day
While staying with me, your dog will be treated like one of my own receiving ample love, attention and affection. I take great pride in offering a unique farm setting for dogs where well behaved dogs will not be leashed. I prefer to let the dogs roam off leash and interact with the other dogs and sights on the farm. The dogs are monitor at all times when outside where water and shade are provided. Mandatory “rest” periods will be utilized on hot days to prevent overheating.
