I’m a 31 year old Londoner and I’m utterly besotted with animals. Spending time with them brings me real joy and I love getting to know their unique personalties and individual quirks. My passion and experience has developed really organically and over the years I have become a trusted pet-sitter all over London and beyond, looking after many cats and dogs (plus tortoises and hamsters!) ranging in age from 5 weeks to 15 years. I also volunteer at Friend Farm Animal Sanctuary in Kent which is incredibly rewarding and has given me the opportunity to look after cows, pigs, chickens, turkeys, sheep, goats and more. I’m proud to say that animals tend to warm to me quickly, and I treat all those in my care with the love that I would give my own. My way with animals has previously been described as ‘Roxie-style attention’ which entails a great deal of fawning, praising, playing, cuddling and affection. I‘m happy to either pop in to check on your pets during the day, or to do overnight stays. I have experience administering medication, whether it’s regular flea and worm treatment or prescribed medicines. I will always ensure your furry friend has access to fresh water, the specific amount of food for their particular diet, and a clean litter tray. I’m a treat-giver (when it’s allowed!) and will engage with their favourite toys even if it’s just a simple piece of string or rope toy. I’m self-employed as a Personal Assistant and working part-time, which allows me freedom to schedule in animal care as and when clients require my assistance. My home has a fully enclosed back garden to ensure your dog can run around safely and explore all the sights, smells and sounds of a new outdoor space. If there are areas in your home where pets are not allowed this will be fully respected and maintained in your absence. You can feel assured that any animals in my care will have their safety, health and happiness prioritised as utmost importance!
