Hi there! My name is Roxie. I just finished a Psychology degree at UTC. I love spending time with and taking care of animals! I grew up with pets my whole life. My family owns a dog daycare in Knoxville, so I am familiar with being around and taking care of dogs. I'm also a cat lover from my own personal experience as an owner. I have taken care of multiple groups of foster kittens at my home as well. Not to mention I have had multiple cats cuddle with me at Cat Cafés! I am very excited to take good care of your fur babies! Just give me a holler and we can get something worked out :)

I always like to make sure your pets are comfortable. I take our first meeting slow and steady so they’re not overwhelmed. I definitely like to bribe with treats though :) and I prefer to keep them in my line of sight regularly. If they walk off (especially cats) I will make sure they aren’t planning an escape route.

A typical day
I always love to see a pet happy doing something they enjoy. If they have a favorite toy, It’s our toy now. If they like to cuddle or nap, I’ll be on the couch. If your cat is illusive, no big deal. We’ve all been there.

I have a hybrid work schedule, so I will be seeing clients for an upwards of 5-6 hours at a time some days, some days I work from home, but I have reliable transportation, so I can call your house my home base.
