Unfortunately the overnight stay with Roxanne did not meet our expectations. We have 2 dogs, 1.5 years and 5 years old. Our 1.5 year old is incredibly energetic and our 5 year old as a good amount of energy as well. When Roxanne came Sat night she only walked my dogs for about 18 min, not long enough. She then took them for a 15 min walk in the morning around 9 am and then left my dogs entirely alone for about 9 hours. Completely unacceptable. She came at 6 and I asked her to take my dogs for a long walk since she was gone all day. She took them for 20 min. In 2 days she walked my dogs for less than an hour. We did not get home from our flight until midnight and had to ask a friend to go by and take our dogs out again as they did not get the care they needed from Roxanne. She said she walked them until she felt my dogs were tired but I do not believe that is possible as we take our dogs out for about 25-30 min multiple times a day. This is not what we want for our dogs when we leave so would not book again.

Roxanne did a fantastic job watching our girls! She was very prompt in scheduling, taking on the stay last minute. Roxanne was great at keeping us updated with how they were doing and sharing cute pictures throughout the weekend. She went above and beyond, dropping Frankie off early for her vet visit on Monday. I would highly recommend and rebook for our next trip.
