I have always dreamed of a job opportunity that allows me to put at use my dedication and passion for pets and my experience in customer service. Working with dogs not only makes me smile everyday, it helps me grow as a person in so many ways. I started in the industry as a groomer and then became more involved and learned more and more about dogs with every job I had. I am a very responsible person and I treat every dog like he/she was my own, because I know how beloved and precious they are to us dog parents. I have also worked in customer service for more 18 years, I have great interpersonal skills. I also have a background in Psychology. n

Roxana Abril was a superb general manager for Pooch hotel a dog resort , boarding , daycare , grooming, and extra services. She would give and take her time with her furry clients as well as their owners . Having Roxana in your team is essential, she is responsible , pays attention to detail , and highly qualified for any position in the pet care taking realm .
I highly recommend Roxana a as a responsible and loving dog caregiver. I have never meet someone with such huge heart in loving animals, specially dogs. I will not never finish talking about her love for dogs. She has several dogs by her own. If was it for her, she will have many more, specially those that do not have a home. She did rescue a neglected Yorkie and took him to her home with her other dogs. Now he is a very happy and spoiled dog. I trust her with my own dogs for grooming and they love her. She has the love, the passion and the commitment. No one better that her for this job!!!
