I've known Ross for over 20 years, and he has always been a die-hard animal lover. When we were kids, the only movie he would ever watch was The Jungle Book. He has tons of experience with cats and dogs and I've trusted him to watch my little dog, Thor, numerous times. Thor always returns to me happy, healthy and well taken care of. Ross has spent years working for and volunteering at various animal shelters around the country so he has plenty of legitimate experience, especially with animals with special needs (diets, medicine, etc.) Ross appreciates the special little things about each and every animal, big and small, wild and domesticated, and I know he will treat every pet as if it were his own.
