Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of dogs, cats and horses since I was 7 years old. If you are currently working on certain trainings for your pup I am happy to coordinate with you and help to continue the training while you’re on vacation. We have a 1 year 9 month old pup who loves to play, go on long walks every morning and evening, and takes long naps during the day. We carry lots of treats in the house that we are happy to share, please let us know if your dog has any allergies or stomach issues so we can avoid feeding them ingredients that would upset them. My partner and I both work from home and have flexible schedules. We often go for long walks in the morning and evening with several short walks for potty breaks during the day. On hotter days we like to offer pup cups or frozen treats to help the pups cool down after a long walk. Our apartment community is surrounded by a secured gate with lots of grassy areas, several trails are located in the neighborhood. While there will always be someone home with dogs in daycare/boarding we are able to continue any training (crate training, come/heel commands, etc.) as requested.

I had a fantastic experience with Rosie and Spencer as dog sitters! They took care of my Doberman for three nights and kept me updated with frequent updates and adorable pictures. My dog seemed happy and well-cared for the entire time. Also their dog, Daisy is the sweetest playmate my puppy has ever had! Rosie and Spencer were amazing! They gave us multiple daily updates and they were so loving and caring with Murphy. We were not left in question or wondering how our pup was during our whole international trip. He had tummy issues one day but we were confident they provided the care he needed. OMG she's amazing, this is my first time using Rover and this was a great experience. My dog got along great with her dog and she sent me a lot of updates and pictures.

We live in a three bedroom apartment with a comfortable, secured balcony and spacious living room. Pets that visit our home are allowed on our furniture and our pup Daisy has plenty of toys and beds she’s happy to share. If any visiting dog needs a break from play time we are able to separate the dogs and provide quiet time to relax. We are surrounded by lots of shaded, quiet trails that we utilize for exercise. If there are any specific training commands you would like us to continue practicing with your pup we are happy to do so!

Please let us know if your dog has any fears or triggers just so we can be aware and cautious. Allergies, or stomach issues, are also super important to know as we often give out treats to pups visiting us. We do have an energetic puppy in the house so if your dog needs any separate down time to relax we are happy to accommodate and have plenty of space
A typical day
We love to go on long walks around the neighborhood when the weather is nice. There are a lot of grassy areas, trails, small and large dog parks nearby. To help tire out more active dogs, I like to use puzzle games like treats wrapped up in a towel or hiding treats to help with mental stimulation. If your dog is allowed pup cups from Starbucks/Dunkin/Ben and Jerry’s I’d love to treat them to those as well!

Availability
My partner and I both work full time from home so we are able to always have at least one, if not both, persons home at all times. Our daily routine is a long morning and evening walk with several potty breaks during the day and a lunch time walk if weather permits. We provide lots of toys and beds for pups, including allowing them on our furniture.
