Pet care experience
Intentionally affordable, pet sitting, because everybody deserves a vacation! I have over 25 years of experience with dogs; whether it be taking your dog for a walk, on or off leash, hiking, swimming, hanging out in our fully fenced-in backyard, or snuggling. I have had dogs my entire life as well as frequently watched neighbors dogs and I love the joy and energy a pup brings to the house. Through the years I have taken care of all breeds of dogs from Maltipoos to Boxers to a Chow Chow-Collie-Golden mix. Why I love dog sitting I think it's safe to say that I've been a dog lover for as long as I've been alive, my first word was my dog's name Dash. Ever since birth dogs have always been a huge part of my life. Meet my pets I have one shy loving malti-poo who loves having other pups spend the night and one Chiuauah mix. They both enjoy lazy days around the home, but Peter is always up for an adventure! Our location We live in Montrose Heights, with a fully fenced-in backyard. Personal requirements We do require meet and greets with all new dogs and owners before booking. If you choose for me to stay at your house for the duration of the booking I would appreciate coming to your house before the stay in order to see your routine with your pups. All dogs that stay with us MUST be on a flea and tick preventative for at least one month before their stay.

Before sitting for your dog I would like to know if they have any dietary restrictions or are they on any medication, what routine have you set up with your dog, are they crate trained, and are they friendly with other dogs. I do not have any breed preferences in pups, I love them all!
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks During your dog's stay, they will have plenty of enjoyable activities. They can go on leisurely strolls in the neighborhood, take walks in Chimbrazo Park, play fetch in the backyard, and even go on a trip to the river. Depending on how long they stay, there may be an opportunity for an excursion outside the city. Rest assured that your puppy will have a safe area to run and bask in the sun in our fully fenced-backyard. Additionally, we have a great fondness for taking walks in the many fantastic parks that Richmond has to offer. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your pup would sleep where it felt most comfortable, Whether it be on the couch, on the rug, in their bed or, in their crate. Time I'll spend with your dog Your dog would not be alone for more than five hours when in my care. They would also receive at least one long walk a day - if they are up for it as well as playtime and cuddles.
