Pet care experience
I am in incoming second year at Colorado State University majoring in animal science and looking to become a Veterinarian. I have sat for family and friends pets since a very young age and have enjoyed all of my experiences. I worked at University of Wisconsin’s vet clinic for two years in High School taking care of and cleaning up after various kinds of animals. I am looking to gain more experience while I am home over the summer and caring for animals is something I love to do!

Rose did a great job of taking care of our 4.5 month old labrador puppy and her nearly 11 year-old chocolate labrador big sister! We came home to happy pups who had a good walk and playtime! We also really appreciated the nice pictures that were sent during the visit! We will definitely rebook Rose!

I worked along side Rose in 2 separate animal care jobs and Rose was very attentive to the animals she worked with and their environment as well as being very thorough while working with them and their spaces hands on.
Rose worked for me at UW Vet Care for 2 years. She monitored animals for health issues, and cleaned up after them. She was very professional, but also very sweet and kind. She did a fantastic job with the animals. she was very reliable and great at communication.

I can do anything needed including walking, feeding, cleaning up after, spending time with, or playing with animals. I would not be able to take any pets at my house since I have two dogs of my own but I would be more than willing to stay over at owner’s homes! really anything needed involving animal care I can provide.

A typical day
I love to play inside or outside with the pets I watch. I am also fine with relaxing with them and giving them some rubs and attention if needed. Or taking them for walks where they can freely sniff!

I am available almost everyday over the summer with exceptions of some vacations. I am very flexible on the days I am in town as I don’t have another job or any other prior commitments.
