Accepting new clients! I can accommodate you and your pets. I am working at a local store in Missoula from 9-5. I’m available for quick drop ins or for long walks, either way I would love to spend time with your pet! I feel a home isn’t complete without a dog. I enjoy playing fetch, tug of war, long walks, and some obedience reinforcement. I have used clicker training in the past for my family pets. I look after my parent’s senior dog, who is deaf and requires daily medication, though he still acts like a puppy! I have always loved the enthusiastic attitude dogs have. We will be sure to have a fun time, wear them out a bit, and provide at least one belly rub! I look forward to hearing from you!

Rose was amazing! She took the time to meet my dogs in their space before accepting the responsibility of watching them for a few nights. She asked the right questions about their temperament and behaviors. I received multiple photo updates and messages about how well they were all getting along. Rose was a reliable, caring pet/house sitter while we were gone for a week. She rolled with the punches when our flight home was delayed 11 hours, and when we asked her to pick up our cats from the boarders unexpectedly. Rose kept her cool-- even during a severe heat wave! One of my dogs is older and has mobility problems, but Rose took good care of her. We got pictures almost every day, and the house looked great when we came back. She even washed her sheets and dishes (she didn't have to!). I will definitely be re-booking with Rose in the future.
Our animals loved Rose and we will definitely be using her again!
Rose is a great dog sitter. She was able to help me when we had a family emergency that required us to leave our three dogs unexpectedly for a couple of days. Rose was able to step in at the eleventh hour and care for the dogs while we took care of our family. She gave us peace of mind.

I try to get as much information from you as possible beforehand. When meeting you and your fur baby I like to observe their personality. I have my own dog that loves to play with others if your pup needs a playmate! If your dog does better with 1:1 affection/time- i have lots to give. Let's talk about what youre looking for and what works best for you and your pet. The most important thing to me is your pet is safe, happy, and you feel comfortable with me spending time with them. I always ensure to take lots of photos!

I would like to know their personality, if they are agreeable to walking with another dig (I have my own pup that can join or stay behind based on your dog's needs) what medications they take (if any), and their general routine on the days/nights you are away. I believe it’s best to keep a pups routine consistent to reduce anxiety.
A typical day
I love going to the woods on nature trials- I enjoy taking pups to the DNRC, waterworks, greenough, blue mountain, and rattlesnake areas. Depending on the dog’s age and your preference, I try to walk the dog for at least a 1 mile route with lots of good places to sniff. I also enjoy playing fetch, tug of war, and running.
