Pet care experience
I have cared for my own dogs, cats, horses, birds, reptiles, and rodents and their medical and dietary needs since I was young. My dogs have ranged in sizes from 10 pounds to 75 pounds. In addition to my own dogs, I have worked at a dog kennel throughout my time in college and feel comfortable handling any situation that may come my way. I have also interned as a veterinary assistant at an animal hospital where my tasks included administering medications, restraining animals for treatment, aiding in treatment, and checking on post surgical patients. My education has a background in animal behavior and I have been trained to pick up behavior cues that may suggest hidden problems in various species. I am currently working on my PhD related to animal behavior and am constantly growing my expertise. I love all creatures, large and small, and promise the best of care to your furry, feathery, and scaly friends while away.

Rose did a great job walking, playing and cleaning up after our dog while we were away. We always got a photo and check in and out every day.
We love having Rose drop in and feed Quinn! Rose responds quickly when I text her and she's very reliable and on time with her visits. We are so grateful for her help and will always use her when we need help!
I hired Rose to stop in to feed and take out my son's two dogs while he's on a busy holiday schedule at work. She has been wonderful! Always accomodating when I had to change her visit times and that's great to know I can count on her. The dogs enjoyed her visits, I know! I will definitely be booking Rose on a regular basis! Jack loves her and he was far more calm than usual when I got home from work, so I know he had a nice walk and energy release.

A typical day
I am capable of walking dogs in the neighborhood around their house, but am also capable of taking them to nature trails and parks for a change of scenery. Depending on what the dog likes, I can run with them and play fetch with their favorite toy as well.

My work schedule offers plenty of flexibility almost every day of the week. I currently cannot take clients on Wednesdays. Any other day, I am able to accommodate most requests.
