Pet care experience
Hello! I’m a friendly, attentive and reliable pet care provider looking to share my affection, energy and skill set with Portland families in need. A few facts about me: Since I was a wee-babe, I've grown up with animals - our family always had at least 4+ pets at a time. I’ve been pet-sitting and dog-walking for friends and families off and on for the last 15 years. My idea of fun is curling up with a furry friend and watching the show Cesar 911 for dog training tips and tricks or going out for a long hike my family’s dog. If I didn’t live in a small, pet-restricted apartment, I’d have a couple pets of my own! For now, I’m grateful to all the families that let me shower their dogs with unconditional love and compassionate care.

Rosie watched our dog Mowgli for a few days when we were out of the country. It was really nice knowing he was in good hands when we were so far away! I could tell Mowgli was well cared for when we returned. 10/10 would recommend Rosie and will absolutely have her watch our little guy again!
Rosanna is very loving and responsible person. She will be a great dog sitter. I wouldn't hesitate to leave my dog or child in her care. She has watched my dogs and cat on numerous occasions and there has never been a problem.

In general, I like all the information that you're open to giving - the more, the better! I try to emulate a regular routine for dogs to limit the stressors while you're away. I ask about diet, allergies, triggers and special quirks and preferences of the dog(s). I also like to know how owners reward good behavior and manage bad behavior so I can help reinforce the personal work you're doing with your dog.
A typical day
A tired puppy is a happy puppy. That's why when I'm sitting I'll take your furry friend on walks around the neighborhood, play fetch in the yard, practice some easy obedience games and give them lots of pets and belly rubs! And if the timing is right, I love going on excursions to a dog park or a quick hike.
