Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Rosalee. I have loved and lived with animals since I was born. Animals have always been a big part of my life. I have eight years of dog and other animal sitting experience, along with years of taking care of my own dogs and other animals at home. I am an outdoorsy person and love taking dogs on walks and keeping them active. I am excited to care for your dog(s) and other animals and to give them the care and attention they deserve! In addition to taking care of dogs, I also have tended to chickens, cats, rabbits, birds, lizards, fish, and pigs. I have reliable transportation and can go anywhere to care for your pets!

Rosalee was amazing! She put up with my high energy puppy and took her on walks & hikes everyday. When we came to pick her up they were snuggled up together & it made me so happy. My pup is definitely not the easiest to take care of and she did it wonderfully. Would definitely recommend :) 10/10
Rosalee was great and our dogs and home were perfectly cared for. She came to meet the pups before our trip, was following covid guidelines, and was flexible on our timing for first and last day. Will use again :)
Rosalee was a life saver. She came and watched our dog, cat and chickens. She checked in with us to let us know how things were going and our time away was eased incredibly by knowing someone had things under control at home. We will be using her again!

I cannot offer my home as lodging due to living in a small apartment, but I can give the care and attention that pets deserve when I am at other folks’ homes. If a pet needs more attention I can be there for them and if they are more aloof I can also respect that. ☺️ I also understand that animals have a variety of energy levels and can provide services to meet those energy level needs when need be (taking them on runs, walks, hikes, etc.)

Availability
I work full-time for Whatcom County, and have the option to work remotely when needed. When walks are needed during the weekdays, I use my lunch break to walk your dogs. I live in downtown Bellingham and also work in downtown Bellingham, so if a client lives within Bellingham city limits I can easily get to and from their homes within very little time.
