Pet care experience
I've personally cared for my own dog since I was in fifth grade. I'm willing to walk, run, play with, and monitor behavior of your dog based on your preferences for their care, including whether or not they are allowed on furniture or beds. I have a large yard with a smaller yard available to separate your dog from mine if they don't get along, and I'm available to pay attention to your dog any hour of any day. I've loved dogs my whole life, and caring for your dog would be my own pleasure. I am familiar with common breeds and am willing to take on any size, breed, sex, or age of dog in my care. I took a 5-year break from Rover but recently decided to get back into it. My dog is excited to have some friends around to play with again!

In my home: I have a large, fenced yard. I typically don't leave dogs unsupervised out there for more than 20-30 minutes at a time. Inside, there is always access to water with minimal access to choking hazards. In a client's home: I try to stick as close to the normal routine as I can for the dog's sake, with an emphasis on staying with them so they're not alone.

Just for my knowledge beforehand, I would like to know what breed it is so I have a size estimate, though I have no particular preferences. Ability to get along with other dogs or cats would be helpful, and any health issues or need for medications. Any feeding or walking schedules.
A typical day
If a dog is comfortable in a car, I will drive them over near the University and walk them along the river path or take them to the dog park. If not comfortable in a car, I will actively play with them in my large yard or nap with them inside when they get tired. I'm willing to walk or run with your dog, and I will give them my full attention for their entire stay with me.

Availability
I am currently not working, so I am always home to take care of the pets unless I'm at an appointment or running quick errands. At home, I always have my own dog with me except for outside breaks.
