I would not trust him again with my dog. In fact that grew concerned with my dog’s wellbeing that I had asked my friend to pick her up early. Never have I had any problem with sitters before. Many said my dog was the easiest to care for. While I was traveling outside of the country I got a phone call from rover said Ronnie reported he could no longer take care of my dog. I was surprised and asked him. He said he could continue. I followed up with why he contacted rover at the first place, he then accused my dog of being older than I claimed, saying she was going deaf. No, my dog is not deaf, she chooses not to listen sometimes, especially when she doesn’t like it. Then he accused my dog for having an UTI. I asked why he thought so. He said the girlfriend found a medical file I had included in the drop off bag. That was medical history from a few years ago, just in case of emergency. I explained but he blamed me for being lazy and leaving an old medical record in the drop off. It was hard to make sense of the situation and I worried my dog wasn’t treated well. I communicated that I wanted my friend to pick up my dog early. The reason I chose this sitter was because his profile says one dog at a time. My previous sitters were booked for the time. However, before our agreed early pick up time Ronnie already picked up another dog. I’m usually care free with sitters because I know my dog likes all people and adapts well. This experience was so bad that I would not hire him for anything nor recommend him to anyone

Ronnie did a great job taking care of our 2 doggies Honey & Tia! I appreciate his very good communication before, during and after. Ronnie sent pictures and sent texts to me while we were gone. Our house was just as we left it. We will definitely ask Ronnie again to take care of our doggies!
