Pet care experience
I am an animal lover & don’t remember a time when I didn’t have a pet! I have owned dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, and ferrets. If it’s walking you need, I love the exercise & seeing the Joy it brings the dogs. If it’s to be fed or checked on I will give them snuggles as well! Dogs usually warm right up to me, they are smart & know who they can trust! I love to snuggle & play with them! I believe they have feelings just like people & I respect them for their own individuality & personality. Cats can be finicky, so I go by their que in letting them decide how much interaction they want to have. I am honest, reliable & trustworthy, I treat my own pets as part of the family. I don’t believe in punishing them I use redirection & lots of praise. You wouldn’t be disappointed with me, I would care for your pet/pets like I do my own:) I am currently not working outside of home, so I have a pretty flexible schedule. Rover is my full time job and I enjoy it. I have a fenced yard for our dog and she is part of our Family, well cared for and loved. I have a cat & chickens too.

We have booked quite a few cat sitters through Rover, but Rhonda has consistently been the most professional and I feel the most trustworthy one. On our last trip when our elderly cat would not eat her prescribed pills, Rhonda went above and beyond and found a solution that worked. We will definitely be using her services in the future!
I highly recommend Ronda! They provided excellent care for our shy kitties, ensuring not only basic needs but also working on gaining the kitties’ trust (and our kitties don’t trust easily), giving them affection and playtime. Ronda even helped us by cleaning the kitties’ hairball oopsies! Reliable, trustworthy, and great communication throughout (I loved the daily pics). Our kitties seemed happy and content upon our return. A purrfect choice for any cat parent(s)!
Hi Ronda! Jackson Galaxy says that cats will claim someone or something as their own by rubbing and leaving their scent. As shy as Freyja is, she's claimed you for her own (rubbing against your purse). That's really saying something! And the photo with Oogie hanging out with you on the head of your chair shows you two are buddies. We knew from the start that you are perfect for them and us, and we're thankful we found you. Now you might be wondering how they were when we came home. They woke up when they heard us and suddenly got the zoomies! Oogie had an excellent run on the kitty wheel, jumping off only to run away from Freyja! They played and grappled with each other and rubbing against us and more ruining on the wheel and more chasing. They don't even do that with catnip. Anyway, we had a great time and piece of mind that the ladies were in excellent hands. If this review is long and scattered, I'm JUST waking up (11:30 I think). Big hugs and big thank you! 😁🤗 Laurie PS Please tell your hubby he's more than welcome for the pizza. I'm so happy he enjoyed it. We'll try to have pizza before our trips from now on.

Any aggressive behaviors? How well do they walk on a leash? How well do they take their commands? I prefer to walk smaller dogs but will walk mediums size dogs if well behaved.
A typical day
I take the animals que on what they want to do. I understand they may be missing their parents & be a little stressed. So if they want to play, we play. If they want to just be petted, I just pet them. If I am taking a dog for a walk I let them do their sniffing and exploring but also keep them on track for their walk as I understand you are wanting them to get exercise!

I love walking dogs but I had major shoulder surgery in February 2023 so I am currently only able to walk well behaved, small to medium sized doggies!
