Hello! My name is Ron and I work during the week for the City of Orlando doing the garbage and recycling, and I do DogVacay as a part time job. My daughter Tori just moved back home from college and she is home during the week taking care of the dogs, and works at the Orlando Science Center on the weekends. She has a AS degree in Zoo Animal Technology and has veterinary experience. We have always been a dog loving family so DogVacay is a perfect match for us. We provide a safe, clean, fun environment for your pets while you go on vacation. We treat your dogs like they are our dogs, they have unlimited play time outside and inside, as well as 24/7 supervision. We live right next to the airport and are very flexible with drop off and pick up times. Last minute reservations are no issue and we are available for extended stays. My frist time with Ron and he was amazing taken care of our big baby Rambo while we left to Mexico. I really appreciate the way you handle Rambo and a lot of pictures that you sent, sure put a smile on all of us. I will definitely use Ron again on our next trip if he's available.
Wonderful experience with Ronnie and Tori! Tori took time to gradually introduce our 2 boys to the rest of the pack giving them, and us, time to adjust and be comfortable. They have a secure, fenced backyard, the dogs are all feed in separate locations, and were welcome to sleep where they were comfortable. We received pictures of our babies throughout their stay, and Ronnie & Tori were great about responding to my messages. The boys seemed to have an awesome time. Our youngest played his heart out and my baby Wu got all the cuddles and love he needed. They both seemed to love Ronnie when we picked them up today (not to mention in all the pictures!). If we are ever in the area again, we would 100% rebook with them.
This was my first time using Rover and my first time letting my puppy stay with a sitter. All my worries were quickly gone after meeting with Ron and see how all the dogs interacted with each other. Crono had an amazing time making new friends. He was super happy to see me when I got back, but I have a strong feeling he wanted to stay. Highly recommend Ron.
We automatically knew that Charlie was in great hands once we met Ronald his dogs were very loving and welcoming Charlie into the pack, Would definitely be calling Ronald again in the near future. Thanks again for everything
