Pet care experience
Dogs, cats (and even rabbits and gerbils) have been a part of my home life since I was a little kid. My family jokingly calls me the "Pet Whisperer," because of how dogs and cats gravitate to me and show me affection. For many years, family, friends, and neighbors have trusted me to check in on their fuzzy friends (and their homes) when they're at work, away for a few days, or on vacation. At this time, I'm available for drop-in visits and dog walks for your dog(s) or cat(s). My wife and I are "between dogs" right now, but we have a rescue cat named Butter who gets a lot of attention (and, yes, he is a daddy's boy). Now that I'm "semi-retired," I'd like to get out of the house more and spend time taking care of other people's pets. I also do some volunteering at the Forsyth Humane Society.

Ron was fantastic! We didn't have to about anything while we were gone. Instructions were followed perfectly and he was happy to help with a few extra requests like taking out the garbage and recycling. Next time we need to leave town we're definitely going with Ron again!
Donna and I feel very lucky to have Ron as a pet sitter when we go out of town. He is very caring to our four cats and it's great to have someone who is reliable. We're glad our veterinarian referred us to Rover.
Donna and I are very satisfied with the care that Ron gave to our kitties. We appreciate that he brought our newspaper and mail into the house and he cleaned up an unexpected digestive upset. We also appreciate his communications to me during visits. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!

A typical day
I'd like my interactions with your pets to be a stress-free, enjoyable experience. We can talk ahead of time at our meet & greet about your pet's preferences, routines, where and how they like to play, exercise, walk, etc. I want them to be as happy to see me as I am to see them!

I'm a school bus driver, so I'm available from 9:30 - 1:00 and after 5:30 on school days to drop in and take care of your fur family members.
