I hate writing a bad review but I had a very bad experience with Rodney and feel the need to share. I have a 12 year old blind daschund (so special needs, but she doesnt actually need that much help) who likes to sleep all day and cuddle. She is gentle and amazing with young kids. The only thing that she gets aggressive with is cats and dogs (she was bit by another dog this year) so I was incredibly shocked when Rodney canceled my booking after only one day because she bit him. Now I take dog bites very seriously so I completely understand why he would need to cancel. However I do not understand the actions he took that led her to do this. I received very few updates (and no picture updates at all) so I don't know the whole story. He also said he was now scared of her -a blind 15 lb dog. Additionally, the two reviews that are now up only came after my visit with him. The whole thing feels very fishy to me and I am very uncomfortable with Rodney being a dog sitter. Again I hate writing something this awful but I feel the need to warn other dog owners (especially those with special needs dogs).

Rodney was great at taking care of Pedro. He was very gentle, and looking on how to bring a great stay for Pedro. With no doubt I would leave Pedro again with him. (He also gave a nice toy to Pedro!). Thanks so much!!
