Rocio took a really good care of Otto

Rocio was great at looking after our two older dogs. She responded very quickly to our messages and was very accommodating to us, especially on pick up as our return flight got in very late and we were still able to pick up our dogs. It also worked very well for us as they were the only two dogs with her as one of ours can sometimes be difficult with other dogs. We also received lots of lovely messages with picture updates which was a bonus for us. She took time to listen to our needs and let us know how their behavior was at the end of the trip. This is our first time using Rover and I will definitely be requesting Rocio again in the future. Thank you!
