Hi, my name is Rochelle and I have been running a dog boarding business for the last 3 years. I’m originally from South Africa where I grew up on a farm surrounded by various animals. Throughout my life I have owned and looked after several different types of animals - you name them, i’ve more than likely looked after them at some point on the farm! I specialise in medium to large breeds, that are high energy dogs. I also have a huge soft spot for rescue dogs. I love to train the dogs in my care. It is so stimulating for both me and the dogs, learning new tricks as well as, helps us to create and maintain a trusting bond. I also make my own dog treats and I am getting an agility set as an add on for the dogs stimulation during their time at their home away from home. My dog Skye is a Husky x Staff, she is neutered and turns 3 in December. I rehomed her at 14 weeks old. She is well trained and loves to play and chase anything that moves in the parks. It’s like her mission in life is to save every tree from squirrel’s!
