------------------------- HOW HOUSE SITTING WORKS ------------------------- Essentially, a house sitting is an evening 30-minute visit + me sleeping over + a morning 30-minute visit strung together. MY SAMPLE SCHEDULE: - 8-9 PM: Arrive at your home. - 30 minute visit with your cat* - Sleep. - 30 minute visit with your cat* - 8-9 AM: I'll leave your home for the day. *Visits include any cat care you'd like (food, treats, preferred activities and LOVE.) Extra visits or time during the day are absolutely possible. My house sitting fee is customizable to your needs. HOUSE SITTING REQUIREMENTS: - clean bedroom - clean sheets, blanket and pillow - clean bathroom/shower/bath for me to use - air conditioning in the bedroom - microwave Let me know if you have any questions at all! I look forward to meeting you and your cats! --------------------- HOW BOARDING WORKS --------------------- While I love all cats, I can't accept all kinds in my apartment. Generally, I'm the best fit for cats that are adult, low to moderate energy and do not require constant supervision so that I can keep up with my own personal and work needs throughout the day. My apartment is clean and has no children or other pets, so it's a stress-free environment. It's a little playground for up to 2 cats (from the same household only). I have a gentle male roommate who is good with cats and enjoys having them here. AMENITIES AT "HOTEL ROCHELLE": - 2 food bowls - water fountain - 2 litter boxes - heated cat bed + cave bed - cat hammock - 2 scratching posts - cat tree - cat tunnel - cat brush - feather wand and crinkly ball toys - a sunny balcony (if you feel it's safe) (Note: I thoroughly clean, launder and vacuum all items between stays.) You need to bring: - food, treats, medication - your cats' preferred litter - any personal items your cats love / smell like home to help them feel safe ------------- COVID POLICY ------------- I am vaccinated and boosted and always willing to wear a mask upon request. I might wear one and request that your household wears them when we're inside together, as I occasionally spend time with a friend who is immunocompromised.

---------------------- MY COMMITMENT TO YOU ---------------------- I take care instructions seriously and follow them to the letter. I have a thorough questionnaire that covers your cats' routines, including food, water, treats, meds, litter box, play, and affection. I also make sure we have a clear plan in the rare case of an emergency. ------------- MY SCHEDULE ------------- VISITS typically start between 9 and 10 AM and end between 9 and 10 PM. For BOARDING in my home, I'm up around 8 AM and up as late as 11 PM with your kitties. I might run errands or work out of the house a bit while your cats enjoy the comforts of my home.
