I've spent most of my life with a house full of pets. I believe a house is not a home without some fur babies to love. My name is Rochelle, and I am the owner of Awesome Pets. In March 2000, I opened Awesome Pets to care for pets in their own homes, where they are most comfortable. I moved to Yakima to help care for my grandson while my daughter attended medical school here. Once my grandson started school I was able to return to my pet care business. Pet care is my true passion and it feels good to once again be doing what I love. There is no better way for me to spend my days than spending each day loving and caring for all these amazing critters. We currently have one dog living with us - Daisy, who's a Basenji, Australian Cattle Dog mix - and one cat - Blue, who's a Russian Blue - living with us. Daisy is still a puppy at heart, at just over a year old, with lots of energy to match. She loves running and playing catch in our large fence backyard. Blue is much more reserved. She'll find a quiet place out of reach of the dog when she wants to be left alone. Both are lovers that want lots of love and belly rubs or ear scratches. I also provide regular care for my daughter's two cats and three dogs while she is busy studying in medical school. She has two domestic longhair cats, twp pit/lab mixed senior dogs, and a springerdoodle who still thinks she is a puppy.
