Pet care experience
I have been a pet owner for LOTS of years! I cannot live without my dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, turkeys and ducks. I have a few years of Vet Tech experience from my early years and my daughter is a Veterinarian so I am constantly learning new things from her. I have had dogs as little as a Papillon up to my best friend, my Great Dane. I love Fear Free care, positive reinforcement, play reinforcement, and 'listening' to what my pets are telling me. I try to make them comfortable and provide stimulation when needed. I am conscious of the individual personalities of pets and work to accomodate the individual needs of each pet. I will treat your friend like my own with love and respect.

Robin and I have been friends for 30 years. One of the funniest things about our friendship is how different our interests are. I've never quite been able to relate to her extreme love of animals. Her pets are her family - horses, dogs, cats, birds, and even an iguana! She loves them and finds joy in caring for them. Importantly, she not only loves them, she is knowledgeable about how to care for them when they are healthy, sick, or in need of more extensive medical care.
Robin loves all animals. Probably more than she likes most people :). She is gentle and compassionate, conscientious and loving. She would be my first choice if I needed a pet sitter.

What are the voice commands that he/she is familiar with? What kind of positive reinforcement does he/she respond to; treats, affections, affirmation? Is he/she house-broken? Kennel trained? Any allergies? Needed medications?
A typical day
I will walk your friend in your neighborhood, in familiar areas. We can play with toys if he/she likes to do that, sit and cuddle, and/or sit and pet/talk.
