Robin has been volunteering with our rescue group for over a year. She walks our dogs that are being kept in boarding to insure that they are exercised and socialized as much as possible. Robin takes great care and concern with each of the dogs - she makes sure that they are leased and/or harnessed properly before venturing out for a walk. She has been instrumental in assisting us with dogs that are timid or extremely energetic by working through the issues and taking it slow so that the dogs gain their trust with her. She is a valuable volunteer and even attends obedient training classes with some of our more unruly dogs so they become better pets when they go to their new homes.

Robin is a phenomenal dog mom and loving, caring person. We became friends while she was living in Pittsburgh and volunteering for Animal Friends. The love and kindness she showed to the shelter animals as well as teaching dogs basic commands, using enrichment tools to work their minds, and the respect she had for her fellow volunteers was amazing. She has a passion for dogs and is always concerned about their well being wether it is her dog, a friends, or a shelter dog. I would not hesitate to let her take care of any of my animals. Your dog will be very happy with Robin as their new friend.
