UPDATE 7/17/2019: Just thought I would add an update once in awhile as to what I have been up to. Just finishing up with a 2-yr-old doxie. He has been a joy. Very cuddly and playful. He was kinda fat when he came to me, but we have been walking daily long and hard. He is losing weight and I can't wait to weigh before the family gets back. Of course, this was discussed with his human mom. I bought a wading pool and some toys and he and Willie Wonka had fun in the water on the hot days. We went to Lyons to the park and also Willow Tree Park in Longmont (my favorite place to walk). I've had a dog with diabetes who needed shots, and two with medications. I still love this job!! Please call me. I am a retired professional who loves working with pets as opposed to humans! I love all animals and they can tell. I have a 15 pound male doxie, Willie Wonka, who is a good role model. This is the only job I have. I will also help do basic training. We love exploring Longmont and finding new routes to walk. I live in a pet-friendly new apartment complex with plenty of places to explore. I have been dog sitting for a small dog a few hrs a week, and I also do sleep-overs. I can provide references. I know how important your family member is, and will provide plenty of love while you are away. You are the loving human I would like to work with.
