Reliable and loving Caretaker.

Pet care experience

Hello Kitty and Pup Parents, As a fellow cat mama and 13 years of professional pet care experience, I know how important it is to find someone who will ensure the safety and comfort of your pet love one. With my care and experience with various breeds, pet personalities, and different health care situations your kitty or pup will be taken care of. You will be updated with videos, photos, and detailed written report for your ease of mind. I have been a pet auntie for anxious kitties that take awhile to warm up, going through changes due to a health condition and medication to older pups who need extra support and puppies who are getting use to this big new world. 🌎 EXPERIENCE: Over the last 13 years I have worked with several pet care companies in NYC while also having private clients. Currently I am team member of a reputable NYC dog walking company while attending to my clients as well as taking care of my beautiful elderly kitty, Coco. Taking care of and connecting with animals is a great love and joy of mine.   🥰🐈🐶 CAT LOVERS: I provide daily check ins. Kitties need lots of love and care too!! If you are super busy, traveling often, or going on your dream vacation and want ease of mind, I am here for you! Daily litter maintenance so everything is nice and clean, cuddles, playtime and lots of LOVE. Oral medication is a service I provide as well. If your cat has anxiety I will make sure they feel at ease and take their time to warm up to me. If your kitty wants all the cuddles and playtime, they will get that from me! The safety and comfort of your precious pet is my #1 priority. I strive to provide personal and attentive care to put you and your love one at ease.

Robin was a great sitter for Tali! She was communicative, reliable, and gave Tali lots of love and affection while I was away.

Safety, trust & environment

Due to the times we are in, I wear masks when during meet and greets. I am very respectful in my clients homes, keeping things clean and tidy. I also use back up colors for dogs so extra safety. Triple checks on fur babies before leaving and yessss triple checking doors and mixing numbers on the lockboxes so noone can guess the password.

Information Robin E. would like to know about your pet

-What food your pet eats and eating schedule -Any vitamins they maybe taking -Favorite toys! -Things they are triggered by or hate! -Places/rooms your kitty or pup are allowed or not allowed in. -Social needs. Some pets need lots of cuddles (Bean and Pookie who are cuddly boys) extra playtime (Maye, a cat cutie who doesn't care for tons of cuddles but she needs lots hide and go seek and playing tag!) or cats who need some space but enjoy the presence of a human. (One of my repeat kitties can not be petted due to her being extra spicy but loves laser toys, catching treats, and being sweet talked) -If it is summer-how you like to leave AC or fan on. -Allergies to food and treats -Any special quirks - Social behavior on walks. I know some dogs are very shy, pull alot, or are stubborn on walks. Please let me know the commands you use so we can stay on the same level of communication. -Health issues! I have taken care of pets with spine injuries (like Ollie who was a sweet dauschand), epilepsy, cancer (beautiful and a lil spicy pitbull Penny). -Emergency contact/vet info. Including anything that your breed of pet maybe prone to experience. Forbid this info is ever needed but I would like to know for ease of mind and being prepared. I have never had to use this information with my clients but have aided another pet care professional in a crisis and having the information on hand is crucial in an emergency. For this pup, there was no vet or nearest emergency vet information on hand, nor was the pet parents or owner of company picking up their phone so I had to help make a quick decision to bring the overheating pup to Blue Pearl vet and try to keep her cool as possible in an uber. The bull dog pup survived but if a quick decision wasn't made the vets said she would have not made it. A simple plan is always needed and important to communicate. While I relish in the fun parts of being an pet care professional, safety and health are my top priorities. -The way you like your home to be treated (especially with longer house visits). Your door(s) will be triple checked, alarms set if needed. Do you have plants that need watering? Packages to be brought in? Let me know! I will make sure pet food containers are closed, pet food area is clean, and soft food containers cleaned before recycling. I strive to be as clean and respectful in your home. Questions I will ask before meet and greet/booking: 1. Time window for visits. Some clients are flexible with any time of the day while some may need a more specific time window. My time window is usually a range of 2-3 hours (ex. between 10am-12pm window to check in) depending on needs of pet. Please specify so I can see if it coordinates with my other pet visits. 2. The days/times you are available for a meet and greet/key pickup. 3. If your pet does have health issues what they need for support. 4. Temperament of you pet. KEY PICK UP/DROP OFF(one of my favorite things for the last 13 years!) -During our meet and greet please have keys ready. If not, please have in lockbox/with doorman before pet visits. If I need to do an additional key pick up after initial meet/greet or key drop off after pet visits a $15 key fee will be added. -I do hold on to keys, if requested by client, for repeat clients. Thank you for reading! I do my very best to communicate and keep things smooooth for you and pet family. Life can be so hectic and I am so happy you are making sure your pet cutie is getting the best care out there. It is how we show our love to our pet babies. I am looking forward to meeting you and your pet(s) family. Have a beautiful day!

A typical day

I am use to being on my feet so I don't mind long walks. I also know some pups don't want to walk or in the heat need a quick break. Being able to adjust walks and care to each pet is crucial, especially in extreme weather. I have to admit I love talking to animals. Singing, playing rope, alot of love and affection. I If you have any special needs, please contact me and I can create a custom plan for you. All sitting/boarding/checkins come with photos/videos and updates. I want you and your pup/kitty to be in as much ease as possible!
