Responsive, communicative, flexible, and thoughtful. It’s difficult to convey how appreciative and relieved I am to know my fur-baby and my home are in good hands. My trip to Tahoe took some unpredictable turns and my grumpy old gal is a challenging customer. Through it all, Roberto Rene S. remained patient, professional, and kind. Rene is a true dog lover at heart. He has watched my dog, Bubba, several times and has shown nothing but patience, kindness, an natural understanding of dog behavior, and at times plain ol adoration. On top of this he's an exceedingly lovely person who gets on well with most people. He'd be a great addition to Rover, and I know he'd look after anyone's dog as well as mine (or his own!)
