I have had dogs since I was 5 years old. I have been taking care of friends dogs throughout high school and college. I have never had any issues walking or dog-sitting in the past. I feel as though I have a great connection with dogs. My wife and I have been taking care of dogs for the past several years. We have a fenced yard and have multiple trails near our home for long dog walks and exercise. Really looking forward to fun dogs!

Roberto was really great. One of my normal dog sitters had backed out on me last minute and I suddenly needed someone to watch my dog for 5 nights with only a two days notice. Thankfully Roberto was available. I always get nervous leaving My dog with new people, so I wasn’t thrilled about leaving him with a someone I had never met before, but Roberto was awesome. He sent me pictures every single day to put me at ease. He regularly checked in. He administered my pup’s medication without a problem and even allowed me to ship a dog bed to his place because I had forgotten to bring one when I dropped off. I would definitely recommend Roberto if you need a great dog-sitter.

Roberto took great care of Kipper! He was very easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond. Kipper was really happy with him!

I have a fenced yard and have plenty of room in my house for the dog to wander around. The dog can be crated if that is what the owner prefers, but my wife works from home so there will always be someone to keep the pup company.

I prefer smaller dogs under 75 pounds but all are welcome. I would like to know whether the dog chews up furniture or is potty trained just so we can be more prepared!
A typical day
Since we live in Kingstowne, there so so many trails that we can go on long walks. Dog park is not too far away. My wife and I also love to wander around DC and take long walks to the monuments and Roosevelt Island so the pup will get tons of exercise if that is what they need!

I do work full time but am able to run home if needed. My wife works from home so there would always be someone at the house if thats what the dog needs!
