Robert was very nice but not very experienced & not set up for a dog. He didn't even have a water bowl.His apartment is on the second floor, no screens on the windows. When he opened the window to get some air our dog Jake jumped out that 2nd story window landing on a metal mesh table 10 feet away then onto the chair then the stone patio. How he wasn't killed or severly injured I don't know. Fortunately we decided to get breakfast before going to Hearst Castle & came back to the car just as Jake was slipping through the bars on the metal gate & ran into the street. Needless to say we cancelled our trip to the Castle. Worst experience ever.!!

Robert did an excellent job with our two dogs. He was kind enough to meet us where we were staying to pick up the dogs. He was prompt, polite professional and friendly. Robert took wonderful care of our dogs, including a nice long walk. We would absolutely hire Robert again. We highly recommend him.
